Therapy sessions are offered by qualified professionals associated with MushinTalks. Clients must sign a Therapy Consent Form before starting any session. Therapy is not a medical emergency service. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or helplines. MushinTalks is not responsible for any outcomes beyond the scope of professional psychological care.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payments must be completed in advance through our website. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Refunds for merchandise will follow our Return & Refund Policy (listed separately).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We ensure quality checks before dispatching all products. In case of defective or wrong items, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
