Licensed and experienced mental health professionals, people trained to create safe, confidential & supportive spaces.

How to book a circle?

Just head to our booking page, share your availability, preferred timings, and we’ll get back to you with the next available circle. You can also give us a quick call for direct assistance.

How long is each session?

Each circle runs for about 60–90 minutes, giving enough time for meaningful conversations without feeling overwhelming.

How many people are in a circle?

Our groups both online and offline are intentionally small, usually 4–12 people, so everyone feels seen and heard.

What topics do circles cover?

We host circles around themes like stress, anxiety, relationships, work burnout, addictions, self-confidence, and more. You can join one that feels right for you.
